Born and raised in Dolgeville, New York, Kelsea holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Herkimer County Community College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from Utica College where she graduated with high honors. Kelsea also has a background in banking and finance. When she is away from the office she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and boating and with her Yorkie.
